Features of YOTcgp horizontal split speed control type hydraulic coupling: 

1. Stable support structure and high installation accuracy

The box structure adopts the axis-to-open type, and the processing of positioning holes such as the spoon tube shell is processed and formed on the boring machine after the box body and the box cover are assembled, with high coaxiality and accurate positioning during reassembly.

2. Convenient maintenance and replacement

The rotating components are easy to exchange, and the oil pump and oil circuit system are arranged outside the box body, so it is very convenient to replace the oil pump and clean the filter element.

3. High operation stability

Due to the structural characteristics of the box, the concentricity is high, and the radial vibration is less than 20 μm on average.

4. High speed control sensitivity

The actuator and the oil drain spoon pipe are directly connected by non-clearance joint bearings, replacing the traditional two sets of linkage mechanisms, with high speed control sensitivity.
